Rob French is an accredited Baptist Minister and a graduate of Morling College. Raised in Muswellbrook, he was an active member of Muswellbrook Baptist Church before coming to Sydney to study and live at Flo Harris Lodge and be part of Petersham Baptist Church. Rob and his wife, Nicky, have two children, Raph and Elena. The family has resided in Earlwood since 2020, where they have hosted Bible studies, barbecues, and were part of a church plant that met in their backyard for a period. Rob’s ministry experience includes, serving as a student pastor at Petersham Baptist Church, serving on staff at Northside Baptist in Crows Nest, working as part of the team at Morling College running a young adults gap year program and participating in church plants in the inner west. He is passionate about bi-vocational ministry and has worked as a plumber to connect with and serve his local community.

I didn’t grow up in a church environment—in fact, I was raised in an atheist/Buddhist home. But as a young adult, something shifted, and I had an encounter with Jesus that changed everything for me. It was a moment of discovering that the love and grace of God could fill and transform my life in ways I never anticipated. Since then, my faith has been the driving force behind everything I do. I’m passionate about building a church community where people feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe the church should be a place where people can experience wholeness, peace, and joy, and where God’s love is at the heart of everything we do. It’s about living out the values of His kingdom, not just in our words, but in the way we live and love others. I’ve been married to my amazing wife Mel, since 2013, and together we have two kids who bring so much joy—and randomness—into our lives. They keep things fun and remind us daily of God’s goodness. Being a family is a huge blessing, and we’re so grateful for each moment we get to spend together. It’s an honor to be part of this journey with you, and I’m excited to see what God will continue to do in our lives and our community.

Andoni accepted God’s grace and salvation in 1972. He got baptized in the same year and started serving at the Greek Ashfield Baptist Church under Pastor Michael Glinatsis. In 1981 he attended theology school at the Hellenic Bible Institute in Chicago,USA. He then completed a four-year theology correspondence course through the Moody Institute. Andoni served for 27 years as a Youth Pastor at the Greek Free Evangelical Church. In 2005 he began serving the Greek Baptist Church in Earlwood for a second time under the guidance of the late Reverend Michael Glinatsis. In 2018 he took on a new role providing Pastoral Care and leading our Greek speaking congregation.

Tevita is currently doing his theological studies and has a passion for guiding and supporting others in their spiritual journeys. With a heart for service and a welcoming spirit, Tevita is always going to be a blessing to those who meet him. He is committed to fostering a strong, supportive community, Tevita enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life and helping them find hope and purpose. He is married to Mele and their daughter is Lavenita. He has played professionally in both rugby league and rugby union, he’s favourite rugby league team are the Manly Sea Eagles.
